What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any recent X-rays, MRI results, or medical records related to your knee pain. Also bring a list of current medications and insurance information.
What does the first visit cost?
$59 First Visit: Consultation, Exam & Treatment ($179 Value). There is no obligation to continue beyond that visit.
Do you accept insurance?
Some insurance plans may provide partial coverage. We provide detailed receipts for possible reimbursement and accept HSA/FSA payments.
